Media Browser

The Media Browser is a Browser in idStudio for viewing and editing both Decls and raw assets.  The tree of decls is shown with blue folders.  Right-clicking on a folder will give you the option to edit or create a new decl.  Double-clicking on a decl will open the appropriate editor for that decl.
