            Bug ID: 6005
Summary: OpenGL2: Sometimes the lighting of some models
(players/weapons) begins to flicker, depending on view
                    distance.
    Classification: Unclassified
           Product: ioquake3
           Version: unspecified
          Hardware: PC
                OS: Windows NT
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P3
         Component: Video
          Assignee: use.less01 at gmail.com

This bug is really hard to reproduce, possibly try this:
Set 'r_gennormalmaps 1'. Run this map: http://lvlworld.com/review/id:2100
(ct3tourney2) and search for the GL. Point your crosshair on it, now move
forwards/backwards. The model sometimes starts to 'flickering'.
This also happens to player models, eventually set 'cg_thirdperson 1 +
cg_thirdpersonangle 180 + cg_thirdpersonrange 200 and move through a level.
Seems not related to this bug https://bugzilla.icculus.org/show_bug.cgi?id=6004
(because this bug depends on view distance!)
All other settings are default, though also happens with higher settings!
