[quake2] Spark of death

Yeah, its definitely something to do with bullets, I'm pretty sure I've 
seen it with the machine gun too.

What I've planned to try (for some time now... ;-)  is to turn off the 
effects in cl_tent.c until the spark o' death goes away in order to 
determine which function is causing it.
