[openbox] I rewrote obmenu to omit removal due to deprecation

I think a common (maybe unfortunate?) strategy of distros would be to add obmenu2 as another package in parallel to the old one. It would need a maintainer for the distro to add it. Hopefully the obmenu maintainer for each distro could either add the new package or replace the old. I would try contacting them.
