[openbox] Does Or Can Openbox Affect The Output of -- echo -e "a\nb\nc\nA\nB\nC" | sort

I just left the /etc/profile.d/lang.sh with the default of export
LC_COLLATE=C

Then in the menu.xml I just made it as;

<command>LC_COLLATE=en_US.utf8 firefox</command>
