[openbox] Does Or Can Openbox Affect The Output of -- echo -e "a\nb\nc\nA\nB\nC" | sort

Ok wait, that command doesn't work....

At the terminal this works; LC_COLLATE=en_US.utf8 firefox

So how can I place that in the menu.xml and rc.xml to work?
