[openbox] I don't like our bugzilla

Mozilla's bugzilla certainly has one. Gnome's bugzilla I believe they said
they disabled it...

Launchpad is nice in that replies to the bug emails (if From: an address
with a registered account) just go to the report, so you can have fully
email-based converastions, while someone else is fully web-based.

Duplicates seems to occur everywhere. I don't think there's a solution to
these problems, other than having a dedicated triage team.
