It's not very conducive to conversation like email is.<br></blockquote><div><br></div><div>Launchpad is nice in that replies to the bug emails (if From: an address with a registered account) just go to the report, so you can have fully email-based converastions, while someone else is fully web-based.</div>

It takes enormous effort to keep the bug tracker clean, categorized, etc.<br>
Searching doesn't seem too useful, as duplicated occur all the time.<br></blockquote><div><br></div><div>Duplicates seems to occur everywhere. I don't think there's a solution to these problems, other than having a dedicated triage team.</div>
