[openbox] Window Placement in MergedFB (not Xinerama) Mode with ATI Radeon 7500

I know you don't think this is a good idea, but if devilspie and wmctrl
could be merged somehow, you  would have this functionality available to
all standards compliant window managers.  not just openbox.
