[openbox] Window Placement in MergedFB (not Xinerama) Mode with ATI Radeon 7500

Which goes back to the subject of being able to do "Matched Windows" a
la sawfish. It would be nice to make a set of rules in XML that says,
"when a window matching X is mapped, remove those hints".

What would it take to add those hooks in openbox?
