[openbox] PATCH: 1134 better xinerama support

I just tried it out and I like it alot. Good job! If there is one thing  
that will turn people away from using xinerama, it's windows opening on  
the divide between monitors. I too am hoping this will find its way  
into the next release of ob3.

hmm, the edge patch doesn't apply cleanly to cvs after this one is  
applied..
