[openbox] PATCH: 1134 better xinerama support

I placed a new patch in bugzilla for this.  Much better than the first. 
It handles more ( I hope all ) cases and fits better with the existing
client placement code.  Be sure to back out the first patch before
applying this one.  Hope this helps.

PS Mikael, what is the protocol for possibly getting stuff like this
into CVS?
