[ANNOUNCE] ObConf-1.5

Greetz 2 ma homiez!

A new release of ObConf is upon us. Release 1.5 synchronizes with changes in
Openbox 3.0 up to the rc1 release.

For translators: one string was removed, and another two added to
accommodate changes in Openbox. As of 1.5 there is now a string freeze in
effect, so any translations made against 1.5 will fully translate ObConf for
the 3.0 release of Openbox.
