[openbox] Xft extension... version 1 or 2

Xft2 is used if pkg-config says that you have it installed, otherwise
Xft1 is assumed.

xftlsfonts doesn't build under an Xft2 environment because you have
fc-list already to replace it, so it isn't needed.
