[openbox] notes after using alpha5 for some time

I know that and I don't say it must be done now, or something like this.
I'm just trying to give some hints to developers what I - as a user -
would like to see in openbox3 :-)

Ok, it works, but is there a possibility to place the dock in some other
place?

Sorry for asking for things that are already implemented, but openbox3
has still little documentation
