[mojosetup] MojoSetup VS loki_setup VS *

Well, following the GNOME HIG pretty much goes along with Cocoa and Win32
HIG (Win32 as of Vista). And I think the GNOME HIG is pretty specific on
what should be done.... Though I am not certain since I have not done that
kind of work....
