[ut3] Packet Loss problems with new test ut3-bin.

also my 3 server got the same problem of lag and packet loss
when server is just restarted all works fine but i noticed these problems
start after 2-3 hours the restart...

sometimes i found this error:
Error: Can't destroy a null online session
