[ut3] Packet Loss problems with new test ut3-bin.

I am getting confirmation back in the forums that the "lag" happens 
concurrently with the:

ScriptLog: # - Attempting to sync up the weapon

This has something to do with it. Can those of you having problems 
please leave your game console open and verify this?
