[ut3] Packet Loss problems with new test ut3-bin.

What kernels are you guys running? Post the output of uname -a anyone who is
having this issue.
To me sounds like something related to timing issues, perhaps influences by
something like notick=yes or hz=1000. I suggest that a few of you who are
having the issues compare diff's of your kernel .configs to someone who is
not.

pastebin is usefull for doing this.

Just going on intuition here.
