[ut3] Commandline parsing differs w. Linux server

That, looks like a bash error.

Try escaping the brackets by putting a \ in front of them, like so:

?GameSpecificMapCycles=\(GameClassName="UTDeathmatch",Maps=\("DM-HeatRay","DM-ShangriLa"\)\)
