[ut2004] speed of loading maps

Yeah the latest patch for me at least takes alot longer to load maps
than used to (amd64) I used to have almost instant load times with the
last 2 patches this has increased dramatically.. (Maybe it's because i'm
running the xorg composite extension now... )
