suddenly dropping connection every 20 seconds or so....

Suddenly I can't play online anymore.  About every 20 seconds I lag out 
and everyone is running in place, none of my weapons work.  Sometimes I 
come back in (far from where I thought I was) and sometimes I drop all 
the way out. 

I don't see anything in the logs that hasn't always been there, haven't 
patched or upgraded any relevant stuff.  Is there a command line option 
for ut2004 I can use to get more info?
