[ut2004] Problem under Linux

I have had a few problems with twinview and other programs that seem to 
stretch their output.  This is why I have set my NVIDIA Card up as two 
seperate devices and utilise Xinerama; UT then only loads on the primary 
display (the OpenGL supported screen).  Unfortunately resize and rotate 
doesn't work in Xinerama mode.

I do not know how to make it work correctly in twinview mode.
