[ut2004] Problem under Linux

The MetaModes line can accept NULL values for TwinView.
I'm told SDL will look for Meta Modes like this and will only
display to one of the screens if something like what's below is found.

You can use CTRL + ALT + NUMPAD_PLUS to cycle through Meta modes
and try each of them out.

Option "TwinView" "On"
Option "SecondMonitorHorizSync" "30.0-95.0"
Option "SecondMonitorVertRefresh" "50.0-160.0"
Option "SecondMonitorVertRefresh" "60"
Option "MetaModes" "1600x1200,1600x1200; NULL,1600x1200; 1600x1200,NULL;
1280x1024,1280x1024; 1024x768,1024x768"

That should fix your problem.
