Hi.  Thanks!  The only difference in my "MetaModes" option is that the
first mode is "1280x1024, 1024x768" (two different size monitors) and I
dont have the NULL's.  FWIW, I don't have the problem with Enemy
Territory or America's Army.  It just uses the first display.  I'm on a
PNY Gforce FX5200.
