[ut2003io] Pentium 4 performance issues?

Could you check your log file for the following string.

WARNING: Couldn't allocate AGP memory - turning off support for
GL_NV_vertex_array_range
WARNING: This has a serious impact on performance.

You need working AGP to get decent performance out of the OpenGL renderer on
NVIDIA cards. Also make sure VARSize is set to say 20 in your UT2003.ini and
that you have 20 MByte of AGP memory available.
