Gday,
After having a second look, your problem seems to be different to what I
was experiencing. The stack dump I was looking at follows:
===============================================================
The file '../System/XInterface.u' contains unrecognizable data
The file '../System/XInterface.u' contains unrecognizable data
Backtrace:
[ 1] ./Core.so(appGetProcReturnCode__FPvPi+0x50e) [0x409ccc32]
[ 2] /lib/i686/libpthread.so.0(sigaction+0x185) [0x40d90935]
[ 3] /lib/i686/libc.so.6(killpg+0x54) [0x40b57648]
[ 4] ./ut2003-bin(_start+0x3f6e) [0x805513e]
[ 5] ./ut2003-bin(main+0x296e) [0x805813e]
[ 6] /lib/i686/libc.so.6(__libc_start_main+0x93) [0x40b46177]
[ 7] ./ut2003-bin(_start+0x21) [0x80511f1]
Signal: SIGSEGV [segmentation fault]
Aborting.
===============================================================
What I did to overcome this was copy the file XInterface.u from install
disk one located in /System directory, over the installed file which is
located in /usr/local/games/ut2003/System on my machine.
However, try looking through the startup log in your home directory,
(in ~/.ut2003/System ) and go through UT2003.log file. It should be able
to expand on what is giving you problems.
Cheers Mik.
