Using SDL_AUDIODRIVER=alsa works almost perfectly with the very occasional
crackle but using SDL_AUDIODRIVER=dsp works flawlessly for me. I'm using alsa
system wide so SDL_AUDIODRIVER=pulseaudio just disables audio in the game.
