I've reimplemented qpak.c, since it was removed in the license change.
It's basically a welded together grp.c and zip.c, which is making me
notice that a lot of the archivers share a lot of cut-and-pasted code.
I'll worry about that after 1.0 is released...gotta stop painting at some
It's only been lightly tested with the test_physfs app. If someone wants
to let me know if it works in their game's framework, I'd appreciate it.
