BeOS shared libraries...

...now build. Update from CVS.

Prebuilt BeOS shared libraries are in the unsupported directory on the website.

Allegedly, the changes I made should also allow shared libraries to build
with Cygwin, but I'll just make a friendly reminder here that building
PhysicsFS with Cygwin can result in a GPL violation, since their C runtime
library is GPL'd, and PhysicsFS is not.

Mingw32 is probably another story. The changes I made might apply there,
too, but I have no idea. Success and failure stories are welcome.
