Stylebox 0.3a released

Just a couple of bug fixes:

    - !shadow doesn't actually negate shadow.  Oops.  That's been
      changed.

    - window.justify has now been added.

Known bugs that's in other software used by Stylebox:

    - Python Xlib can't deal with remote displays over a ssh 
      tunnel for some reason.  This has been filed on the 27th 
      according to their bug tracker, so it'll probably get fixed 
      in the near future.
