[mojosetup] Suffix for Mojosetup-Installers

At LIFLG.org we are in progress of shifting away from Loki-Setup and moving to Mojosetup. Something
cosmetically we are still not sure about is what suffix we should use for the new installers.

The old Loki-Setup/makeself ones used *.run. We do not want to use the same suffix again, since we
are fearing confused users of our installers.

Our first Mojosetup installers used *.bin. But as it turned out, this was not that a great idea,
since Gnome does not like it (homm.3_1.3.1a-english_x86.bin):

Could not display "/home/reto/Documents/liflg/i...homm.3_1.3.1a-english_x86.bin". The file is of an
unknown type

My idea is, that we just do not append any suffix. Just i.e. homm.3_1.3.1a-english_x86. This works
under Gnome, is different from *.run and somehow likewise the Linux/Unix tools which also do not
have any suffix.

Any other ideas or recommendations?

Regards,
Reto
