[mohaa] Spearhead stability and system utilization question

I started restarting my MOHAA processes even through I had memory to spare
just because I found that if you had more free memory they performed better
than if they had been running for a while.

I just set them all to autorestart if no process exists and cron:

killall -15 mohaa_lnxded

Which will restart all your servers at once.
