[lokisetup] GTK+ 2.0 support included

Cool!  I'll have to give this a try.

I used the libglade-convert tool to convert the glade 1.x files,
then glade itself cleaned them up further.  (Well, okay, I was
a bit unhappy with some of the 'cleaning' glade did, but what can
you do...)
