I finally have some time to do some serious coding over the next week or two
as I've just moved house and I'm all settled in here now, except for 24/7
Internet access. :(

I have a medium sized patch for half-life support that I'm working on here
and it'd probably be easier all round if that gets patched in before all the
changes from 1.2 get propagated to 1.3.  I should have the patch ready for
after the bank holiday (tuesday/wednesday).
