[Gtkradiant] 1.2.7 released, current plans

Ok, a new update went out. Next on the plan as far as Radiant is concerned:

- JKII game pack on the 1.2 branch
This is 'under way', but I still need to get actual stuff from Riant. We
will create a JediKnightPack/ module probably, and start making the code
adjustments.

- First 1.3 beta releases?
I want to finish the essential stuff on 1.3 so that we can have a beta
release with HL support. Mostly means finishing synapse implementation,
and propagate 1.2 branch changes to 1.3
