Which command line options?

Is there a list of command line options that should be available?  I've
put in (or just made available) options for help (-h -? -help), nosound,
nomusic, fullscreen, window, and the manual language options.  I also
changed it so that a non-recognized option will return the list of
available options rather than an error with the unknown command.  One
weird thing I noticed was that using two minus signs (ie. --) will print
two sets of instructions.  I haven't looked at why yet.

I changed the language options to a more permanent setup and modified
the "cmdline.cfg" fopen to grab from ~/.freespace(2) rather than Data/. 
I think the command line options are used too soon to covert to CFILE so
I didn't try.  Should I check to see if the cfg is loaded from the users
directory and if not check from the game directory as well?

As for auto language selection, I have both English and German root.vps
for FS1.  If anyone wants to make available to me the FS2/FS1 root.vps
from the various non-English language versions I'll try and figure out
an auto detection scheme.  I will accept e-mailed files as long as they
are compressed and you make it known to the list that a particular
version/language has been sent so that I don't get 30 copies of the same
file.  Hopefully that one file will contain enough to make a good
language determination.
