[freespace2] audio/video out of sync?

I do want to add that I'm not dismissing a possible problem. The
message animations will skip frames to get closer to voice message
length. There still could be a problem with the way it decides what the
start frame should be. This is on my list of things to check out but is
a pretty low priority. I'm pretty sure that the code to determine the
number of frames to skip is independant of and linux/OpenAL code so it
would probably be a leftover problem from windows, if indeed there is a
problem. If the code does appear to be skipping too many frames I'll
try and tweak it a little since I find this annoying as well.

If you do go back to an older nvidia driver release please let us know
if it fixes the problem. I'm going to keep my current drivers with the
problem and try to find the issue with the game. I'm hoping that this
will lead so some type of fix for V3 owners. Don't get your hopes up
though V3 people :-)
