[freespace2] FS1 website change

Ignoring the FS1 stuff for a moment I do still have the FS2 1.20 patch
which could go on i.o unless there are objections. Someone with more
experience with the loki tools may want to check it out but I've used it
a few times and no one else has complained so it's probably fine. I may
need to rename it to verify that it's a patch and not a binary so there
isn't any confusion from people but I don't know if there is some
standard naming convention to use.

I also have the FS1 update and FS1demo update which may be worth having
as well. FS1 will require at least version 1.04 VPs to work correctly
(1.06 update is on the site) and the demo will require the update to
function properly (configuration screens are different, radar blips
don't show, etc.). About the only thing that will change at this point
is the patch and I hope to finish it up (as best I can anyway) before
Christmas.
