[cod] No bins for Cod: Black Ops

My thoughts exactly Steve.

I think also they seriously underestimate the brand loyalty of gamers,  
who like to have the choice to rent from the same provider they trust,  
and have been doing for X years. They don't want to be told who to  
rent from.
