[cod] Bandwidth measurement

Now THAT is helpful! what a lot of tips... I need some time to check all
this stuff out and see what is the way to go for me ;)...

I'll get back to this post when I've got some results (or if I've thrown
everything out the window).

Btw, I run more gameservers on 1 ip (let's all do that and save a lot of
IP's worldwide :) )... However, I quickly saw some of those tools can handle
that really good (custom tcp/udp ports etc).... Thanks so far and I'll get
back to you :)...
