[cod] CoD4 Linux Server Files

Switch to windows and get off this list then. Sorry to sound harsh, but no
one is forcing you to run Linux. No one is hurting you or whoever you
represent. If you lost revenue then you need to work on your business plan,
which it should make no difference to anyone here regardless.

Linux has been treated like a red-headed step child by the game developers
for a while now (id being an exception), it's nothing new for them to
release Windows binaries then hand off to Ryan to play catch up with the
Linux port.
