[cod] CentOS Huge CPU Usage

Out of interest is it off (disabled fully with no warn), or set to
permissive (so it just warns in logs) in /etc/selinux/config? just wondering
if it is, the fact its still warning could be causing problems and could be
some combo with something else in the kernel.
