[cod] Server crash dialog error on restart

Hmm just out of interest, tried it this evening and didn't get any error at
all (testing mainly by killing via task manager, apologies if wrong, oddly
enough on both sp and mp). Haven't had one error yet, whilst I know those
errors do definitely occurr (have seen the same in other games), just
wondering whats the primary reason for them (and why I may not have, it may
have been me not setting some var etc)
