I'd love to believe its possibly ( and not calling anyone a liar ) 
but I really cant believe it, can you post the player / cpu graphs.
N.B. dont forget to normalise to a single CPU i.e. multiply by 2
assuming you have turned off hyperthreading ( security threat )
other wise multiply by 4.
