Doubt it. This sort of thing is traditionally done by "the community", 
but hey, you never know.

I set up a bunch of aliases on the server, and all the admins on my 
server have no problem with typing:

rcon "ban 1"

..or whatever in the console. Suggest your admins invest in a pack of 
post-it notes :)

An update from 10 days ago from Andreas:

"An update; I have dev tasks to try to get the unix server ready for
release now. Don't give up just yet."
