[bf1942] BFVCC & BFVC3 ?

EXACTLY!  When BF first came out I had to explain to our users how to FTP up
con files and reset your server via remoteconsole.exe.  It was a pain in the
ass process, and I HATED doing it.  I really dont want to have to go back to
this.
