[bf1942] Cpu usage when empty!

Just so we are clear this is not a none issue on any machine that I have
seen apart from a 2.4.X kernel linux machine but this is due to
linux's broken process monitoring. It is just less apparent. 2->4%
instead of 8->12% from my observations.
