[bf1942] Cpu usage when empty!

SMP is good we are running 5.X on nearly a 100 games machines
here and a good 80% are duals. Performance is good and they
are rock solid. The FreeBSD release security team are second to
none in my opinion.
We run all games bfv and bf1942 included and have not had a
problem with any.
