I rather agree.  After all, I think it's perfectly understandable for any 
curious computer geek to try out a cheat for a while just to see how it works.

But I do think cheating has been rather rampant.  One very interesting 
thing is that after I changed the deathcam on my server to follow, all of a 
sudden some of the VERY  high scorers on my server are either suddenly 
gone, or coming down to earth in their scores.  I suspect they are afraid 
of getting caught and banned when the admin follows them and sees them 
getting lots of blind kills...
